Cancellation Policy:

• Transaction cancellation and product return policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

• Cancellation of a reservation up to 30 days after booking - you will be charged 5% of the total amount.

• Cancellation of an order within 30 days and up to 7 days from the check in date  - payment refund against a replacement guest (we will look for a guest to replace you and the relative refund is against the replacement guest's payment).

• Cancellation of a reservation within 7 days from the check in date - you will be charged in full.

• It is not possible to receive a refund for reservations that took place.

• Notice of cancellation or termination by the company will be given to the user, and the company will refrain from charging the customer or refund any amount paid for the services to the extent paid.

• The availability of the places is subject to the date agreed with the website management.
